Human Nature Exhibition

a fairy foggy forest | april – june 2022

I have painted and collaged several unique pieces that represent my vision of a forest landscape and an existing foggy future vision.

I translated these into unique objects from leftover wool, vegan yarns, leftover wood and recycled concrete from Cooloo with my anthropomorphic compositions.

They will showcase in Milano during Design week at atelier Kondakji. All objects give a simple pause for a moment of thoughts, touch and reconnecting to the materials and colors of nature & happiness.

These works are part of my collection of 11 unique pieces. And range from abstract to absurdist, anthropomorphic to human like wonky, grotesque to naive, serious to fun, yet united in a green biophilic and colorful reminder of nature’s expressionism. Telling a story and message of my obsession with natures natural flow and strength. And a disconnect we as humans have with it nowadays.

All the works created are therefore not set in stone and the creating  process is a flow of testing, composing, decomposing and creating over- and over again.

This new 2022 collection is a translation of feelings of a fast paced transformation, needed in people’s mind when it’s comes to our natural resources. Created to open up your vision, therefore the layers of the works are applied with different textures to evoke a varied landscape you can interact with it. They are reflecting the intimacy theme and are created to be touched. Just like it’s origin form from the used matter.

With this I continue to test the boundaries between traditional materials and its craft, design and art. Showing you nature is our past, present and future -relevant for all of us even though people seem to have disconnected.

Every object that is created and sold is connected to a fund of tree rescues. It will automatically protect a specific piece of land, with Earth today
